Real Estate - Environmental Due Diligence
Environmental Due Diligence is the process of assessing property and buildings for contamination or other environmental liabilities that could potentially impact the value of a property. Such due diligence is often required by financing institutions as a condition of a loan. However, with experience comes wisdom: the wise investor will also understand the value of this critically important service.
Black Mountain is experienced with the current ASTM Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment protocols, as well as EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiries and specific scopes of work required by individual financial institutions.
