Our Values
Black Mountain Consulting LLC was started by a core group of professionals who have worked together as a team for many years and who learned early on that success comes from understanding and respecting the needs of our clients.
Black Mountain is located in California, and was the home of an early mentor who taught the value of bringing compassion and respect into the workplace. Black Mountain Consulting was named in honor of this individual.
Our Image
The Black Mountain logo was designed to reflect the core values of our company. Mountains, chosen to honor the mentor from Black Mountain, California, symbolize the qualities of being steadfast and grounded. The color blue, long associated with trust, loyalty and confidence, represents our dedication to our employees, clients and community. The intention of our logo is to declare our commitment to our core values throughout all aspects of our company.
